Our
range of beers consists of a core range of beers, destined to
become favourites, with new beers increasing the range. Many will be
inspired by the changing of the seasons and the changes to the High
Country environment that these bring.

Pale Ale - an American Style with balanced malt and hop bitterness. Crisp citrus flavour and aroma of the hop varieties feature. 5.0% ABV

Golden Bitter - an English Extra Special Bitter style beer with a malty flavour and distinctive hop bitterness. Deep golden colour. 5.4% ABV

Summer Ale - a refreshing beer brewed with light malts. Local Australian hop varieties give our Summer Ale a spicy, fruity flavour with just enough bitterness to quench a summer thirst. 4.5% ABV

Weissbier - a German wheat beer brewed in the Hefeweissen style. With low malt flavour and bittereness, the yeast characterises this beer giving it banana and clove flavours and distinctive cloudiness. 5.0% ABV

Porter - a 'Robust' style Porter with chocolate and coffee notes from the dark and roasted malts used in the brew. Big on colour and flavour yet light enough in body to enjoy more than one. 4.8% ABV
